
The Forum Weekend provides a wonderful opportunity to meet with others from a diverse range of professional backgrounds to build relationships & think about what it means to work together to create a better world.
The programme is designed to help participants learn more of what it takes to create personal & professional lives that contribute to a better world, in a relaxing environment.
We will be joined by expert speakers including James Kerr, the author of “Legacy: What the All Blacks can teach us about the business of life”, who has worked with some of the world’s top organisations including the US and UK Special Forces, Premier League football managers, and corporations from Unilever to Google.
Other speakers will include Sarah and John Snyder, who will be joining us to discuss their successful partnership. Sarah is an international reconciliation specialist and John a successful entrepreneur and businessman; and they are currently using their different areas of expertise in reconciliation and business to found The Rose Castle Foundation, an international centre of reconciliation. Further speakers will be announced shortly.
Couples are encouraged to come together and childcare for children under 10 will be provided.

Programme:
The programme will consist of interactive, high quality main sessions, guest speakers, plenty of time to get to know other delegates and a three course Saturday night dinner with guided conversation.
Cost:
£175 for an individual, or £300 for a couple. Includes accommodation, all food and refreshments, and sessions
Venue:
The Latimer Estate. At the heart of the estate is a country hotel in 30 acres of formal gardens and grounds, boasting free superfast Wi-fi, as well as specially commissioned sculptures by artist Emma Stothard. Guests of the hotel also have access to the beautiful hotel library gym, indoor pool, sauna and steam room.

Baroness Philippa Stroud
Philippa is the co-founder of Forum. She is the Chief Executive of the Legatum Institute, formerly the Chief Executive of the Centre for Social Justice, Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and additionally to the Prime Minister. She is a member of the House of Lords.
David Stroud
David is the co-founder of Forum, the Senior Minister of ChristChurch London, a public speaker & leadership coach. He has trained leaders around the world. He is an alumnus of IMD business school and has a theology degree from Durham University.

James is the author of ‘Legacy’ which provides a unique insight into the most successful sporting team, The All Blacks. James focus' is on what it means to be a great leader and team player empowering individuals to use their platforms for good.
He has worked with some of the world’s most exceptional organisations including the US and UK Special Forces, Premier League Football Managers, and corporations from Unilever to Google. We are thrilled to be welcoming him to the Forum Weekend.
Nicholas Boys Smith
Nicholas is the founding director of Create Streets - a social enterprise that exists to help solve the housing crisis and to help communities by making it easier to develop high density, beautiful, street-based economically and socially successful developments with strong local support and which residents will love for generations. He is a member of the Historic England Commission, an Academician of the Academy of Urbanism, a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Buckingham, and a Fellow of the Legatum Institute. He is a member of both the Government’s Design Review Panel and the Estate Regeneration Panel chaired by Lord Heseltine.
