The Forum Weekend provides a wonderful opportunity to meet with others from a diverse range of professional backgrounds to build relationships & think about what it means to work together to create a better world.

The programme is designed to help participants learn more of what it takes to create personal & professional lives that contribute to a better world, in a relaxing environment.

We will be joined by expert speakers, including writer and speaker James Kerr, who is a consultant and leadership coach to organisations around the world. He will share some of the lessons he has learned in his varied career. Further speakers will be announced shortly.

Couples are encouraged to come together and childcare for children under 10 will be provided.

The programme will consist of interactive, high quality main sessions, guest speakers, plenty of time to get to know other delegates and a three course Saturday night dinner with guided conversation.


£175 for an individual, or £300 for a couple. Includes accommodation, all food and refreshments, and sessions


The Latimer Estate. At the heart of the estate is a country hotel in 30 acres of formal gardens and grounds, boasting free superfast Wi-fi, as well as specially commissioned sculptures by artist Emma Stothard. Guests of the hotel also have access to the beautiful hotel library gym, indoor pool, sauna and steam room.

David & Philippa Stroud, the founders of Forum will be hosting the weekend & speaking at some of the main sessions.


Baroness Philippa Stroud

Philippa is the co-founder of Forum. She is the Chief Executive of the Legatum Institute, formerly the Chief Executive of the Centre for Social Justice, Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and additionally to the Prime Minister. She is a member of the House of Lords.


David Stroud

David is the co-founder of Forum, the Senior Minister of ChristChurch London, a public speaker & leadership coach. He has trained leaders around the world. He is an alumnus of IMD business school and has a theology degree from Durham University.





James Kerr

James is a writer, speaker, coach and consultant who helps create high performance cultures for elite teams and organisations. He is the author of ‘Legacy’ which provides a unique insight into the most successful sporting team, The All Blacks.
