The Forum Weekend provides a wonderful opportunity to meet with others from a diverse range of professional backgrounds to build relationships & think about what it means to work together to create a better world.

The programme is designed to help participants learn more of what it takes to create personal & professional lives that contribute to a better world, in a relaxing environment.

We will be joined by expert speakers, including writer, presenter and entrepreneur, Liz Earle, who will share some of the lessons she has learnt whilst making a remarkable contribution to society and Pete Richardson, consultant and leadership coach to senior leaders and organisations around the world. Further speakers will be announced shortly.

Couples are encouraged to come together and childcare for under 5s will be provided.

Attendees come from a wide range of sectors including business, the arts, politics, education, media, non-profit, government & the leisure industry.

The programme will consist of interactive, high quality main sessions, guest speakers, plenty of time to get to know other delegates and a three course Saturday night dinner with guided conversation.



  £175 for an individual, or £300 for a couple. Includes accommodation, all food and refreshments, and sessions



The Latimer Estate. At the heart of the estate is a country hotel in 30 acres of formal gardens and grounds, boasting free superfast Wi-fi, as well as specially commissioned sculptures by artist Emma Stothard. Guests of the hotel also have access to the beautiful hotel library  gym, indoor pool, sauna and steam room.

David & Philippa Stroud, the founders of Forum will be hosting the weekend & speaking at some of the main sessions.


Baroness Philippa Stroud

Philippa is the co-founder of Forum. She is the Chief Executive of the Legatum Institute, formerly the Chief Executive of the Centre for Social Justice, Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and additionally to the Prime Minister. She is a member of the House of Lords.


David Stroud

David is the co-founder of Forum, the Senior Minister of ChristChurch London, a public speaker & leadership coach. He has trained leaders around the world. He is an alumnus of IMD business school and has a theology degree from Durham University.





Liz Earle MBE

Liz is a television personality and entrepreneur. She has written over 30 books on beauty, nutrition and wellbeing and is the founder of Liz Earle Wellbeing, the Liz Earle Beauty Co and Liz Earle Fair and Fine, a Fairtrade jewellery brand.


Pete Richardson

Pete is a partner and lead trainer at the Paterson Center and has worked with senior leaders from across society to help them identify their own unique purpose and contribution to the world. Pete also works with innovative organisations in many different industries: from billion-dollar global corporations, to governments, entrepreneurs and startups helping them develop clarity, alignment, momentum and growth. Pete will be with us for the whole weekend.


Tsitsi Masiyiwa

Tsitsi works across Africa as a philanthropist, social entrepreneur and advisor to national leaders, universities and social entrepreneurs. She is co-founder and co-chair of the Higherlife Foundation that invests in human capital development in order to build thriving communities and sustainable livelihoods.
